Biden refused to talk to Putin

The United States has rejected a proposal to hold a stream between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. leader Joe Biden. A statement to this was published on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"We regret to inform that the U.S. side did not support Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal to hold a conversation with U.S. President Joe Biden on March 19th or 22d in an open-ended video conference format to discuss two-sided problems as well as strategic stability topics," the statement said.
